These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ecbcommunicationconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by ECB Communication Consulting (“we,” “us,” “our”), including any coaching, training, workshop, or consulting services described or offered through the Site (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, booking a call, submitting a form, or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
ECB Communication Consulting provides life and career coaching, corporate communication training, and related workshops and programs for individuals and organizations. Our contact information appears in the “Contact Us” section below.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or engage our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Description of Services
We offer coaching, training, and consulting services that may include one-on-one sessions, group programs, corporate workshops, and related digital or written materials. Service details, formats, and pricing are described on the Site or provided directly to you and may be updated from time to time.

No guaranteed outcomes. Coaching and training results depend on many factors specific to each individual or organization, including your own effort and circumstances. Testimonials, case studies, or examples shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
4. Scheduling and Bookings
Calls and sessions may be scheduled through a third-party scheduling tool linked from the Site. By booking a session, you agree to the scheduling and cancellation terms communicated to you at the time of booking (for example, minimum notice required to reschedule or cancel). We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
5. Payment and Fees
Fees for coaching programs, training, or workshops will be communicated to you directly (for example, via invoice, proposal, or agreement) before you are charged. The Site itself does not currently operate as an online store. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and cancellation policies for paid programs will be set out in the specific agreement or invoice for that program and, where they conflict with these Terms, that agreement controls.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, program materials, worksheets, videos, and the overall look and feel — is owned by ECB Communication Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content, or resell any program materials, without our prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
When using the Site or interacting with us (including through forms, scheduling tools, or sessions), you agree not to:

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECB COMMUNICATION CONSULTING AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECB Communication Consulting and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
